The Never Board Experience – Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with The Never Board Experience, you agree to the following:

1. Deposit & Payment
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your event unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. Changes to orders must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

3. Delivery & Setup
Client is responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring access to the setup location at the agreed time. Delays in access may impact setup quality or timing.

4. Food Disclaimer
Our boards are prepared in environments that may include allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and meats. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

5. Rentals & Equipment(if applicable)
Any boards, stands, or display items provided remain the property of The Never Board Experience and must be returned in the condition received within the agreed timeframe.

6. Photography & Marketing
We may photograph our work for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your event or board photographed, please notify us in advance.

7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, emergencies, etc.).
